You will drive test strategy from product definition through production release to ensure world-class quality for AI power solutions. The role emphasizes architectural leadership, platform scaling, and mentoring, with 0–10% travel to global sites.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years progressive semiconductor experience at Staff or Senior Staff level.
• 10+ years architecting automated test solutions on high-end ATE platforms.
• 8+ years analog/digital/mixed-signal ATE test experience, esp. high-power or multi-die modules.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python with production-grade automation.
• Experience with lab instrumentation for characterization and debugging.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute strategic test roadmaps for next-gen ATE solutions.
• Lead hardware/software architectures and baseline software frameworks.
• Drive design-for-test (DFT) guidelines for multi-die and power modules.
• Own product qualification, characterization, and cross-platform correlation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations for seamless ramps.
• Oversee production yield optimization and cost reduction.
