Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer – Global Components to lead development, qualification, and maintenance of components across product lines.

You will manage projects to schedule and budget while coordinating supplier relationships with the global supply chain. This role requires deep technical knowledge of product applications, design, reliability, and manufacturing considerations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with a Master’s degree, or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, logic, and math skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team with collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development/qualification projects for components on time and on spec.
• Develop DFMEAs and reliability evaluation plans for components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, labs, and internal teams for qualification/tests.
• Review test data, interpret results, and write technical reports.
• Provide guidelines on component applications and generate specs.
• Develop tools/guidelines for engineering teams to implement components.
