Job summary

You will guide incident response, drive post-incident reviews, and mentor engineers while collaborating with SRE, platform, and security teams to improve reliability and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in platform or reliability engineering.
• Strong design and system architecture skills for large distributed systems.
• Experience leading high-severity incident response and post-incident improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve enterprise-critical platforms and incident tooling.
• Design, develop, and operate automation, dashboards, and data pipelines for incident management.
• Lead post-incident reviews and corrective-action planning across teams.
