Qualifications

• 13+ years of software development experience in Java & related technologies.
• Deep expertise in Java, React, Node.js, Python.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud provider.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with AI-driven development tools.
• Mentors and guides other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Java-based website architecture, functionality, and API integrations.
• Build scalable backend services and reusable components for front-end platforms.
• Collaborates with product management to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Ensures security, accessibility, and performance best practices across applications.
• Hands-on coding, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Monitors emerging technologies and third-party services for integration opportunities.
