JobGet is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead backend architecture in a fast-paced startup environment. You will architect scalable systems, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to turn long-term goals into robust technical solutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and leverage AI to accelerate development velocity across our products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record leading technically complex initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Experience in Go, .NET and TypeScript is preferred.

Responsibilities
