Job summary

Flip is seeking Senior/Staff Software Engineers to scale AI voice agents handling millions of live conversations. You will own production-grade systems and ship high-impact features safely in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Marina del Rey, CA or Williamsburg, NY.

Work spans vertical engineering, platform engineering, and inference/DevOps. You will collaborate with customers and partner teams to deliver reliable, real-time voice and chat capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build vertical engineering for complex customer workflows and deep integrations into contact centers and healthcare/logistics systems.
• Develop platform engineering layers for routing, state, and tooling to enable fast, safe shipping.
• Contribute to inference and DevOps with low-latency production-scale models and supporting infrastructure.
