Qualifications

• 10+ years in product-focused software engineering, Staff level or above.
• Experience shipping scalable SaaS products with React/TS/Python.
• Proven track record building AI-enabled, secure enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-priority projects spanning multiple teams.
• Define technical bets for the next quarters and tradeoffs.
• Build AI-native capabilities, agents, tool calling, and memory.
• Ship systems with large-scale retrieval, 50+ jurisdictions, and security.
• Architect UX and APIs across web, desktop, and mobile surfaces.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering standards.
