Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer Software to lead the Full Stack Software Discipline in the Aeronautics Sector. You will guide strategic technical priorities, interface with EI&E leads, and drive tools, processes, and training across programs.

You will champion scalable software solutions, ensure interoperability, and build a cross-program Community of Practice while upholding NGAS values and DoD objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree and substantial software engineering experience.
• Active U.S. government Secret clearance is required or in-scope.
• Experience across front-end and back-end development with modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and define strategic technical priorities within Software discipline.
• Interface with EI&E discipline leads to identify program needs and close gaps in tools and processes.
• Lead development, deployment, and sustainment of sector-wide engineering tools and digital solutions.
• Build and sustain a Software Community of Practice across programs and sub-disciplines.
