Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in test software development using Python.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical and software engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and analyze designs.
• Experience deploying test systems at domestic and international Contract Manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes test development and project management for outsourced test development.
• Champion Design for Test (DFT) with cross-functional teams.
• Scale global testing operations and expand ODM/JDM capacity.
• Document test procedures, fixtures and configurations for quality and consistency.
• Deliver end-to-end test solutions for new robots and sustaining platforms.
• Analyze test data to improve product quality and testing ecosystem.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, training on advanced test equipment and debugging processes.
• Oversee test stations for repair and service teams.
