Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status using nursing process.
• Document patient data and outcomes per policies.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient responses.
• Provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families.
• Lead in emergency nursing responses and care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
