Job summary

IonQ, Inc., a leader in quantum computing, seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to own fleet management and the platform enabling it. You will shape telemetry, remote management, incident response, and integration with commercial operations to scale from per-site to global operations.

You will partner with resilience, operations and engineering teams to turn pains into a first-class, scalable tooling platform that supports a follow-the-sun model across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical PM experience leading internal platforms and tooling.
• Ability to translate operational pain into product requirements.
• Strong communication to engineering, operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build a resilient, globally distributed fleet management platform.
• Define vision and roadmap for telemetry, tooling, and SLA/SLO tracking.
• Establish north star metrics for fleet health.
• Lead make-or-buy decisions with SRE, engineering, and PMO.
• Instrument ships with metrics to improve operability and future hardware.
