Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for Adversarial Actors to own the end-to-end strategy for inauthentic behavior across the platform. You will define the vision for detection and enforcement of bots, account takeovers, and spam, partnering with Policy, Operations, ML, Integrity Analytics, Data Science, Security, and Identity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in trust & safety, account integrity, anti-abuse, or adversarial domains.
• Proven track record owning ML-powered detection and scalable enforcement systems.
• Strong data fluency and ability to reason about adversarial dynamics.
• SQL proficiency for self-serve data investigation.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Pinterest's adversarial strategy across pre-authentication, login/signup, and post-authentication surfaces.
• Develop and execute the post-authentication roadmap with measurement, detection signals, and enforcement actions.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build spam account and domain signals.
• Collaborate with Enforcement Systems on warnings, rate limits, feature restrictions, deactivations, and domain actions.
• Set the metrics and measurement strategy for post-authentication spam prevalence and enforcement effectiveness.
• Anticipate emerging adversarial patterns and reprioritize investments accordingly.
