Pinterest is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for Adversarial Actors to own end-to-end strategy for inauthentic behavior across the Pinterest funnel. You will partner with Policy, Ops, Engineering, and Data Science to protect users, advertisers, and the business.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, ML-powered detection, and policy-aware enforcement. Strong data fluency and excellent communication are essential for executive-level alignment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in trust & safety, account integrity, anti-abuse, or adversarial domains.
• Proven track record owning ML-powered detection products and shipping enforcement systems at scale.
• Strong data fluency with precision/recall/FPR, prevalence measurement, and adversarial dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Pinterest's adversarial strategy across pre- and post-authentication surfaces.
• Develop and execute the post-authentication roadmap with measurement and enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering on signals, ML models, and rules.
• Work with Enforcement Systems to implement warnings, rate limits, and domain actions.
• Set metrics for post-authentication spam prevalence, detection quality, and enforcement impact.
• Anticipate evolving adversarial patterns and reprioritize investments accordingly.
