The Engineering Test Hardware Operations team supports Product/Test Engineering and Production Teams activities in Santa Clara, MAPL and OSAT locations worldwide. Our primary function is to design, develop, evaluate and maintain various types of test equipment and associated hardware used in manufacturing and testing products ranging from Automotive, Enterprise, Data Center and Hyperscale product lines. We interface with operational manufacturing teams to ensure the highest quality products for our customers.
This position supports the Engineering Test Hardware Operations teams in designing, developing, and implementing production test hardware. Responsibilities include working with product engineering groups and hardware vendors to define new hardware/equipment for manufacturing and testability needs for NPI, improving hardware/thermal systems, and collaborating with global teams in the US, Singapore, and OSAT locations.
Marvell utilizes various test hardware platforms for Automotive, Enterprise, Data Center, and Hyperscale product lines. The team develops, evaluates, and maintains these test platforms and other equipment to support production testing.
Base pay range: $111,780 - $167,500 per annum, determined by skills and experience. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, and equity, along with benefits like health and financial wellbeing programs, flexible time off, 401k, and more.
