Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with automotive semiconductor ICs and BMS is required.
• Strong knowledge of AEC-Q100, APQP, PPAP and ISO 26262.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification and reliability plans for new BMS products under automotive standards.
• Develop and implement characterization plans for BMS ICs across conditions and processes.
• Collaborate with design, test, and quality teams to ensure robust manufacturing release.
