Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior Platform Reliability Engineer to build cloud-native reliability and release platforms, aligning AI-driven automation with developer productivity and high-confidence releases.

You will design and operate large-scale Kubernetes-based platforms, integrate CI/CD and GitOps, and lead engineering excellence across teams to improve release confidence and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software, systems, platform, or reliability engineering with degree or equivalent.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise across architecture, operations, networking, storage, and security.
• Experience building large-scale Kubernetes platforms for cloud-native services.
• Experience integrating Kubernetes with CI/CD, GitOps, automated testing, and validation.
• Experience designing cloud-native platforms for episodic environments and release qualifications.
• Proven ability to lead engineering excellence across developer productivity and modernization.
