Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff SRE to set reliability architecture for its CorpTech Platform and manufacturing operations. You will shape observability, deployment safety, and incident management, influencing engineering teams across the organization.
The role requires deep distributed systems expertise, experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms, and a track record of defining production-readiness standards and strategic reliability investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in SRE, production/infra engineering, or similar at scale.
- Experience designing reliability infrastructure used across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Set reliability architecture for production environment with observability, deployments, incidents, and capacity planning.
- Own deployment infrastructure, release-safety, and progressive rollout systems.
- Define and govern SLO frameworks and align with product engineering and leadership.
- Lead incident response for complex, multi-system failures and drive durable improvements.
- Develop reliability patterns for AI-enabled systems and monitor model behavior drift.
