Celestica is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Hardware Design (PCB) to lead physical design of complex multi-layer PCBs from schematic capture to manufacturing. You will collaborate with hardware, power, mechanical and manufacturing teams to meet signal integrity, thermal, and mechanical constraints.

Responsibilities include enforcing DFx guidelines, generating release packages (Gerber/ODB++), reviewing designs, mentoring junior staff, and communicating with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of dedicated PCB layout and design experience.
• Experience leading design reviews and mentoring junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead layout from schematic capture to manufacturing release.
• Route high-speed signals with impedance control and differential pairs.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and thermal peers.
• Ensure DFx compliance and prepare Gerber/ODB++ and BOM.
• Mentor junior layout designers and share best practices.
