Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Sr. Staff Nurse to lead and mentor the interdisciplinary hospice care team in Palm Beach County.

You will support compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care while coordinating daily operations with the Care Team Manager. The ideal candidate has Florida RN licensure, BLS, and 2+ years hospice experience, with supervisory skills to guide staff and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2+ years hospice experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in EMR software.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to coordinate and support daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in other quality and compliance activities as assigned.

What you’ll do:

As a Sr. Staff Nurse, you will

What You’ll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience is a plus.
• One year of supervisory experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
