You will lead cross-functional efforts, design scalable ML systems, and drive business impact through personalized incentives and advanced modeling. The role requires translating research advances into reliable products, mentoring engineers, and aligning technical roadmaps with company priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ML experience in large-scale deep learning systems.
• Ownership of high-impact ML systems such as search, recommendations, personalization.
• Ability to set technical strategy for a large organization and influence product roadmaps at the executive level.
• Strong product intuition and ability to connect model improvements to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term ML vision, architecture, and roadmap for Consumer Incentives.
• Lead strategic initiatives and drive execution across teams from problem formulation to deployment.
• Advance personalization and optimization of incentives with constrained business metrics.
• Architect scalable ML systems: data pipelines, training, inference, monitoring.
• Establish evaluation, experimental design, and causal measurement approaches.
• Translate RL, foundation models, and generative AI into practical improvements.
• Collaborate with product, data science, operations, and engineering leaders.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across teams.
