You will shape the technical vision, steer long-term ML strategy, and translate advances in ML into reliable products with measurable business impact. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, design scalable ML systems, and advance personalization and optimization while balancing business constraints and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
• 12+ years of ML experience with large-scale deep learning systems.
• Proven ownership of high-impact ML systems (search, recommendations, personalization).

Responsibilities

• Define long-term ML vision and roadmap for Consumer Incentives.
• Lead cross-team initiatives from problem formulation to deployment.
• Advance personalization and optimization under constraints.
• Architect end-to-end ML systems with scalable data pipelines.
• Establish rigorous model evaluation and causal measurement.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical decision quality.
