You will lead multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and memory management, ensuring safety, robustness, and real-world impact. Strong leadership and production experience are essential for this critical, high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on depth designing, shipping, and operating agentic systems in production.
• Production-grade Python; Systems language (Go, Java, or C++) is a plus.
• Experience with frontier AI SDKs and model evaluation in production settings.
• Familiarity with RAG and retrieval patterns in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate multi-agent systems in production.
• Architecture ownership and code quality bar-raising across teams.
• Collaborate on integration of frontier models into Sense → Decide → Act → Govern workflow.
