As a technical leader, you will partner with Product, Architecture, Security and Operations to build innovative solutions that improve healthcare experiences for members, providers, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development in large-scale distributed environments.
• 7+ years of hands-on Java development with modern Java frameworks.
• 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot and cloud initiatives.
• 5+ years designing and developing microservices and API systems.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions with senior engineers and architects.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Operations to deliver reliable software.
