Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Staff Integration Engineer to define and optimize end-to-end process integration flows for probe card manufacturing within a high-volume semiconductor environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams across wafer-level fabrication, MEMS, precision assembly, interconnect, and electrical test to improve yield, manufacturability, and scalability, mentoring engineers and guiding global strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and improve end-to-end process integration flows for probe card manufacturing.
• Lead yield improvement initiatives using data-driven analysis and DMAIC/8D methodologies.
• Drive NPI and technology transfer, including readiness criteria and cross-site implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated process flows, specs, and control strategies.
• Mentor engineers and influence integration strategy across sites.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and multi-variable interactions; execute DOEs.
