Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Integration Engineer in Livermore, CA to define, optimize, and sustain multi-module integration flows in a high-volume semiconductor setting.

You will lead cross-module problem solving and drive improvements in yield, manufacturability, and reliability. The role requires expertise in process integration, DOE methods, and data-driven problem solving, with collaboration across process, equipment, yield, product, and operations teams to ensure product requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
• Experience in process integration and yield improvement in semiconductor manufacturing
• Strong data analysis and DOE proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine integrated process flows across multiple modules
• Lead investigations into yield loss, defect mechanisms, and process interactions
• Support integration activities for NPI, pilot builds, and ramp to production
• Contribute to process qualification and manufacturability assessments
• Help translate R&D processes into scalable manufacturing flows
• Partner with process, equipment, yield, product, and operations teams
• Act as a technical interface to resolve cross-module issues
