Capital One is seeking a Senior Staff Full-stack Engineer to lead Customer Resiliency efforts within Card Tech+. This remote-eligible role focuses on cloud-native architectures, performance, and scalable systems.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration across locations. You will balance hands-on coding with architecture leadership to modernize monoliths into microservices and event-driven platforms, while shaping API strategies and engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or a related field.
• 9+ years in software engineering, architecture and cloud.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Strong data and enterprise architecture background.
• Master’s degree and 12+ years preferred.
