Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience of 10+ years
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM integration
• Strong understanding of Workday tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI
• Ability to configure and maintain Workday business processes
• Experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, including BIRT
• Knowledge of Workday security and business process frameworks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills within cross-functional teams
• Experience in Agile development environments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding client’s business use cases and technical requirements to convert them into effective technical designs
• Mapping decisions to requirements and translating them for developers
• Identifying solutions and selecting the best options to meet client needs
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project execution
• Writing and reviewing design documents explaining architecture, framework, and high-level design
• Reviewing architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, best practices, and user experience
• Developing overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, including technology selection
• Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios in projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
