Job summary

Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer on the Marketing team in Raleigh, NC. You will build, bring up and debug SSPD evaluation boards and reference designs, and collaborate with design engineers to feed validated learnings into product requirements.

You’ll diagnose customer system issues, create test plans, and develop collateral while supporting prototypes and promoting SSPD products to customers and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power protection / SMPS; SiC/GaN exposure.
• Strong hands-on lab skills with measurement tools and high‑voltage practices.
• Experience debugging mixed-signal/power circuits and performing RC/thermal analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, bring up, and debug evaluation boards and reference designs (SSCB/eFuse/eDisconnect).
• Diagnose system issues, reproduce problems, perform root cause analysis, suggest design improvements.
• Develop test plans and characterize performance across operating conditions.
