Job summary

You will simulate, validate, and collaborate with IC design teams to enable customer design-in and rapid verification. A strong background in power electronics and PoL development is essential.

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent.
• 7+ years in power electronics with 3+ years in PoL product definition and development.
• Strong foundation in power conversion topologies, devices, magnetics, and control-loop design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Automotive, Compute, and Industrial customers to define PoL product requirements and pin functions.
• Co-develop PoL architectures and control strategies; specify MOSFETs, passives, and packaging.
• Perform system and circuit simulations; validate silicon and prototype platforms.
• Collaborate with IC design teams to implement definitions and support customer design-in.
• Provide advanced training and second-level technical support; develop design tools and promotional materials.
