Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership influence.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend environments (TypeScript, React).
• Shipped foundational infrastructure and platform services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural direction for the division and improve quality and debt management.
• Lead end-to-end, multi-team projects from framing to rollout and support.
• Evolve stacks for advanced marketing use cases with robust primitives.
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical vision through reviews and pairing.
• Improve observability, reliability, and controlled rollouts across systems.
• Design and build foundational systems and frameworks used by teams.
