You will partner with cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers, and shape strategies that improve quality, yield, and manufacturing readiness. Travel up to 10–30% may be required, with a competitive package and clear growth paths.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in optical metrology and/or machine vision with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of deploying measurement technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and set technical direction for measurement systems integrating optical metrology and machine vision.
• Invent and extend state‑of‑the‑art measurement techniques for new technologies.
• Deliver systems and algorithms that improve quality, yield, and profitability.
• Lead tech transfer from development to production and collaborate across functions.
• Coach engineers; author reports, specs, and IP filings.
