Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across the stack and backend improvements.
• Experience leading critical projects across engineering teams.
• Experience implementing technical strategy to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction, long-term roadmap, and initiatives in Marketplace, Search, Ads Platform, and App Experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to champion technical excellence and align with business results.
• Foster ownership culture with accountability for scale and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and extend core platform components for new products and features.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across teams.
