Pinterest is seeking a senior frontend leader to own and drive the multi-platform Search strategy across iOS, Android and Web. You will lead end-to-end feature development, collaborate with product, design and ML teams, and push AI-driven innovation while ensuring performance and reliability.

The role demands 10+ years in consumer-facing product development, strong iOS or full-stack expertise, and the ability to guide large, multi-team initiatives with data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing products with deep expertise in iOS development and/or strong full-stack engineering skills.
• Experience leading front-end and product strategy across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Strong track record of tech-leading complex, cross-team initiatives with data-guided decisions and impact.
• Experience collaborating with ML, infra, and back-end teams on API design and data flows for rich search experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the multi-platform product and front-end strategy for Pinterest Search across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Lead the design, implementation, and productionization of end-to-end features and journeys in Search.
• Use AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping UI/UX variations, and experiment plans with rigorous validation.
• Provide technical leadership across 35+ engineers working on Search front-ends and related product surfaces.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, ML, and back-end teams to design robust APIs and experimentation hooks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to apply new UI systems and ML-driven components to Search.
• Mentor and grow engineers and technical leaders in front-end and product-thinking.
