Job summary

Google Inc. Mountain View, CA is seeking a Staff UX Engineer focused on iOS development within the Search UX team. You will blend engineering and design to prototype and deliver production-quality features that enhance user experiences at scale.

You will partner with UX design, engineering, and product management to ship concepts, test ideas with research teams, and raise the bar for polish, animation, and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical leadership and managing projects.
• Experience partnering with UX Design teams.
• Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments.
• Deep understanding of UX practices and processes, including user-centered design and research.
