Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping large-scale, consumer-facing products with deep expertise in iOS development and/or strong full-stack engineering skills.
• Experience leading front-end and product strategy across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Strong track record of leading cross-team initiatives using data and experimentation to demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the multi-platform product and front-end strategy for Pinterest Search across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Lead the design, implementation, and productionization of end-to-end features and journeys in Search with product, design, and ML teams.
• Use AI to accelerate exploration and iteration with rapid prototyping and experimentation while ensuring correctness and performance.
• Provide technical leadership across 35+ engineers, defining architectural direction and improving code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with infra, ML, and back-end teams to design robust APIs and data contracts for fast iteration in Search.
