What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to provide effective solutions supporting Finance needs
- Collaborate with Finance leaders and technology teams to align strategies for a Finance Data Mart/Lake
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and meet business expectations
- Support project roadmaps that align with business objectives and manage stakeholder expectations
- Maintain a strong governance framework for SOX and audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with Finance Data Lakes/Warehouses/Marts and financial reporting tools
- Deep understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Experience implementing or supporting revenue or expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management experience
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and work collaboratively
