What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise in building and maintaining a Finance Data Lake and Data Mart to support FP&A processing and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for Finance data management
- Lead design sessions to ensure efficient system design that meets business expectations
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications for implementation
- Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Workday, or SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years of experience working with Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and Financial Reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
- Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret functional needs into system solutions
- Experience implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills with senior leaders
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
