ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to own the architecture of an AI-powered security harness that ranks exploitability end to end. You will set technical direction, make defensible calls, and multiply engineers around you.

You will lead zero-to-one work at production scale, drive cross-team architecture decisions, and mentor senior engineers while collaborating with product, security R&D, and SecOps to turn customer problems into architecture and actionable decisions.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading the design and delivery of complex production systems.
• Experience building AI/ML-powered production systems with probabilistic modeling, graph analytics, or calibration.
• Strong ability to make architecture decisions under uncertainty and defend them to engineers and executives alike.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end architecture of the exploitability engine—from evidence ingestion and entity resolution to the core ranking and validation loop.
• Set technical direction across architecture, design, and code reviews for production-scale systems.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead by influence, not title.
• Partner with product, security R&D, SecOps to translate customer problems into architecture and decisions.
• Establish AI safety, security governance, and guardrails for agentic systems in production.
