ServiceNow is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to build core components of an exploitability engine and ship production ML that ranks attack paths. You’ll take well-scoped problems from design to production and grow into deeper ownership as the system matures.

The role emphasizes strong software engineering, AI/ML delivery in production, and collaboration with product, security R&D, and SecOps to solve real cybersecurity problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production ML/AI software.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered apps in production.
• Familiarity with security-focused ML systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate production ML components.
• Contribute to design reviews and raise quality across the team.
• Prototype quickly to evaluate new AI capabilities against cybersecurity problems.
• Partner with product, security R&D, and SecOps to understand the problem.
• Apply AI safety, security, and guardrails to what you build.
