• Experience handling non-deterministic systems, evals, guardrails, and reliability.
• Led technical direction across product areas, not just components.

Responsibilities

• Set technical & product direction for Customer Agent core platform.
• Tackle hardest technical problems: orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, memory/context, self-healing.
• Write and ship code, review designs, and make critical calls.
• Build reusable architecture and mentor via design reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and GTM to shape roadmap.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and bring viable options to production.
