Responsibilities

• Set technical and product direction for a core area of Customer Agent.
• Tackle hardest problems: orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, memory and context, failure handling.
• Write and ship code, review designs, make hard calls when there’s no obvious right answer.
• Define reusable patterns and mentor through design reviews.
• Partner with product, design, data science and GTM to shape what gets built.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and bring worthy options into production.
