Job summary
eLEND, a leading mortgage technology company, seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer, AI Enablement to accelerate product development and modernize platforms. You will lead across Alpha and Delta teams, drive AI-enabled software delivery, and mentor engineers while remaining an individual contributor.

Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core for secure, scalable web apps.
- Strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices with Azure services.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Alpha and Delta teams for product development and platform modernization.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot production software across frontend, backend, integrations, and cloud components.
- Establish patterns, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor engineers without people management duties.
- Lead AI-enabled development efforts and integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines for improved release confidence.
