Job summary

Newmark is seeking a senior technical architect to own and drive the architectural direction for cross-team initiatives spanning web apps, backend services, data platforms, and integration pipelines.

You will design scalable cloud-native architectures, connect internal systems with client platforms, and guide AI-enabled product capabilities, while mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical architecture for cross-team initiatives across web apps, backend services, data platforms, and pipelines.
• Design and build data architectures connecting internal systems and client platforms with reusable APIs and data contracts.
• Architect scalable web applications and distributed services in a cloud-native environment.
• Lead agentic AI workflows and LLM tooling integration to boost efficiency and capabilities.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, and deployment across the org.
• Mentor senior engineers and guide multiple teams on full-stack and AI engineering practices.
