Zusammenfassung

Cisco Systems is seeking a Technical Leader to define and build core identity capabilities for AI agents across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid deployments. You will shape technical strategy from concept through production, translating complex identity challenges into scalable software that protects and enables AI systems.

You will architect scalable identity frameworks, deliver developer tooling and APIs, and drive cross‑functional alignment with Security, AI Platform, Product and Cloud

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems or security platforms.
• 10+ years designing and building distributed systems or backend services in production.
• 5+ years implementing enterprise identity protocols (OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, SPIFFE, or mTLS).
• 4+ years with containerization tech (Docker, containerd, or Kubernetes) and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 3+ years of security engineering principles, including threat modeling or security architecture reviews.
