This is a critical, high visibility, customer-facing role to ensure regular deployments to Customer Reference Environments, Dev, QA and Production using continuous deployment (CD) automation. The role also includes contribution towards definition of standards around deployment automation, security, ecosystem tooling to enable automation and test automation. The Evergreen offering has a high growth potential for GE Vernova and a core capability identified for scaling globally.
In this role, you will:
Evaluates technology to drive features and roadmaps. Maps technology trends to internal vision. Differentiates buzzwords from value proposition. Embraces technology trends that drive excellence beyond traditional practices (e.g., Test automation in lieu of traditional QA practices). Balances value propositions for competing stakeholders. Recommends a well-researched recommendation of buy vs. build solution. Conveys the value proposition for the company by assessing financial risks and gains of decisions and return on investment (ROI). Manages the process of building and maintaining a successful alliance. Understands and successfully applies common analytical techniques, including ROI, SWOT, and Gap analyses. Able to clearly articulate the business drivers relevant to a given initiative.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $133,600.00 and $200,400.00.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
