Qualifications

• MS in EE or CE with 7+ years of experience in RTL coding, or PhD in EE/CE with 5+ years of experience, of which at least 2 years are in industrial experience on H.264/HEVC.
• In-depth familiarity with video codec design and architecture.
• Knowledge of HEVC/H.264 reference code (HM/JM) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
