Qualifications

• MS in EE or CE with 7+ years of experience in RTL coding.
• PhD in EE/CE with 5+ years of experience, including 2 years in H.264/HEVC.
• In-depth familiarity with video codec design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop RTL for hardware implementation of video CODEC.
• Define architecture for video codec and perform tradeoff analysis.
• Implement hardware considering performance, timing, area, and power.
• Develop test plans for functional and performance testing.
• Collaborate with verification, firmware, and backend teams.
