Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Data Engineering to lead the production data platform powering machine learning across the organization. You will partner with Data Scientists, Applied AI Engineers, Product Engineers, and Data Engineers to create scalable, reusable datasets that enable feature engineering, model training, experimentation, and production inference.

You will own end-to-end data pipeline design for ingesting raw behavioral, clinical, and operational data,

Qualifications

• Eight+ years building large-scale production data platforms and pipelines.
• Experience designing reusable datasets powering ML, experimentation, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain feature datasets for ML use cases.
• Establish self-service foundations for dataset creation across the data org.
• Partner with Data Scientists to productionize feature engineering workflows.
• Lead architecture for large-scale ML data systems and guide cross-team initiatives.
