Omada Health seeks a Senior Engineering Manager, Data Engineering to lead our data platform and governance efforts. You will shape the strategy, design scalable pipelines, and deliver trusted datasets powering analytics, ML features, and operational reporting across the business.

You will mentor managers and build a high-performing data engineering organization. The role emphasizes leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Governance, and Data

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and operating large-scale data platforms.
• 5+ years leading Data Engineering teams, with managers or multiple teams preferred.
• Proven ability to scale high-performing engineering organizations.
• Experience defining technical strategy and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong partner with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and executives.
• Designing modern cloud analytics platforms including warehouses and lakehouses.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic roadmap for Omada's Data Engineering platform.
• Lead scalable, governed data products for analytics, experimentation, and AI insights.
• Deliver trusted production datasets powering multiple business units.
• Grow the Data Engineering organization through hiring, mentorship, and career development.
• Foster technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities and data products.
