Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale a modern data platform leveraging cloud-native technologies and AI-driven solutions. You will craft reusable frameworks and services to empower teams building data products and AI-powered workflows.

You will apply Generative AI to enhance data discovery, governance, and developer productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building scalable data platforms and AI-enabled data products.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for production data systems.
• Hands-on with cloud-native data architectures and modern data pipelines.
• Experience using IaC tools to provision cloud infrastructure (Terraform, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable Data & AI platform capabilities.
• Develop reusable abstractions, templates, services, and workflows for data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Applied-AI, Data-engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities.
• Evaluate and integrate modern data and AI technologies for scalability and reliability.
• Apply Generative AI to improve data discovery, governance, and developer productivity.
• Promote best practices: CI/CD, testing, infrastructure-as-code, and secure data handling.
